Tai Chi is a Chinese system of physical exercises that is believed to facilitate the flow of Qi (life force) in the body, promoting good health and vitality. Tai Chi utilizes movements that are Yin Yang opposites:
softness and strength, forward and backwards, action and calm.
Come and learn this ancient form of healthcare with Barbara.

Classes are $15 per session. Pre-Paid punchcard savings of $60!
Get 12 sessions to use for each 6 week block and use it for any class on the schedule.
Pre-registration may be required dependent upon popularity of class.
